SERVICE PRICES
In accordance with Article 28 of the Rules of Advocate Ethics Approved by the Reportable and Electoral Congress of Bars of Ukraine of 2017 on June 9, 2017, with changes approved by the Congress of Bars of Ukraine of 2019 on February 15, 2019, fee is a form of remuneration of an attroney for the implementation of defense, representation and other types of professional legal (legal) assistance to the client. The procedure for calculating the fee (fixed size, hourly wage, etc.), the grounds for changing the size of the fee, the procedure for paying it, the terms of return, etc., are determined in the legal aid agreement. Therefore, the cost of hourly billing of the attorney's fee is 500 UAH per hour.
In accordance with Article 29 of the Rules of Advocate Ethics Approved by the Reportable and Electoral Congress of Bars of Ukraine of 2017 on June 9, 2017, with changes approved by the Congress of Bars of Ukraine of 2019 on February 15, 2019, a lawyer has the right, in addition to a fee , to charge the client and/or the person who concluded the contract in the client's interest, the funds necessary to cover the costs associated with the execution of the assignment. The legal aid agreement may specify the types of estimated actual costs associated with the execution of the assignment (payment for the work of specialists whose opinions are requested by the lawyer, transportation costs, payment for printing, copying and other technical works, translation and notarization of documents, telephone conversations , etc.), the order of their repayment (advance, payment in fact within a certain period, other) and their amount can be determined. If the need to bear the actual costs of certain additional types or to increase their estimated volume, determined earlier, became clear after the conclusion of the contract, the lawyer must notify the client and/or the person who concluded the contract in the interests of the client, and obtain his consent to repay the previously unsettled expenses.
